Supplier Registration Process

These initiatives also contribute directly to achieving Nigeria’s commitment to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in energy, environment, and climate action.

1. Instructions for Supplier Registration

Complete the Registration Form:

  • Download or access the official RDAB Supplier Registration Form via our website.
  • Fill in all required fields with accurate information.

Submit Required Documents

  • Upload all mandatory supporting documents (see list below).
  • Ensure documents are valid, up-to-date, and properly signed/stamped where necessary.

Verification & Prequalification

  • RDAB will review and verify all submissions.
  • Qualified suppliers will be added to the Approved Supplier Database.

Notification of Status

  • Successful applicants will receive an official confirmation letter.
  • Unsuccessful applicants may reapply after addressing highlighted gaps.

Annual Renewal

  • All suppliers must renew registration annually to remain active.

List of Requirements for Supplier Registration

  • Company Registration Certificate (CAC or equivalent)
  • Tax Identification Number (TIN) and valid Tax Clearance Certificate (last 3 years).
  • Company Profile, including ownership structure and key staff.
  • Evidence of previous contracts (at least 3 completed projects, with references).
  • Relevant Industry Certifications (if applicable).
  • Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) compliance policy.
  • Evidence of financial capacity (audited accounts for last 2 years).
  • Signed Code of Conduct & Ethics Agreement (provided by RDAB)
